Published in january 1st 2010 the book become immediate popular and critical acclaim in mystery, childrens books. Instead, it is nearly the best kids' book written.

It has been over a month since the book hatred in the belly:

For all its strengths, i found issue with the systematic haunting at play in belly upnot the ghosts themselves, flitting in and out of stories and lives, but rather what these ghosts stand for and what they are still here to do. My husband even said he would be sad when i finished the book because he enjoyed looking at the cover from across the room.
